PC concrete polishing method Water jet cutting work

Introduction to mirror polishing methods for precast concrete and concrete floors, and concrete hanging work using water jet technology.

The PC Super Diamond Polishing Method involves polishing the surface of the PC curtain wall material itself with diamond grinding wheels, achieving a finish similar to that of natural stone, making it a new construction method that eliminates the risk of finishing material peeling off. The use of water jet (ultra-high pressure water) for concrete chipping and deterioration removal work has the greatest advantage of minimizing vibration impact, thereby significantly reducing the occurrence of micro-cracks in the concrete. Additionally, it allows for construction without increased adhesion due to unevenness or the generation of dust.

Concrete chipping work

Demonstrating strength with experience and knowledge gained from construction achievements! Chipping work using water jet technology.

The "Concrete Chipping Work" employs the water jet method. By setting the appropriate pressure and water volume, selective removal is possible, allowing for the removal of only the necessary parts without damaging the rebar. Due to the very high pressure used in water chipping work, which poses risks, the work is carried out by "qualified cleaning skill personnel" who have passed a skills test and implement thorough safety measures. 【Features】 ■ Selective removal is possible, allowing for the removal of only the necessary parts without damaging the rebar. ■ Utilizing its advantages, it can accommodate a wide variety of projects. ■ The construction pressure is ultra-high, so thorough safety measures are implemented during work. ■ The impact pressure from the high-speed water jet ejected from the nozzle destroys the target object. ■ Micro-rack formation is minimal, and there is no adverse effect on the structure. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
